RULES OF PROCEDURE
The hotelier has the freedom not to receive guests whose attire is indecent and neglected, and whose behavior is noisy, incorrect, alcoholic, contrary to morality and public order.
Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is obliged to make known his identity and that of those who accompany him.
Article 2: Opening time
The hotel welcomes you 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Article 3: Occupancy of the rooms
The client can not introduce into the room third persons not known by the hotelier, unless authorized by the latter. In the same way, the customer can not rent a room for a number of people superior to that envisaged by the regulations in force.
Article 4: Access to the rooms
On arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the client can not demand to occupy the room before 14 hours. The rental at night stops at 11am, regardless of the time of arrival of the client.
A luggage storage service allows guests to leave their luggage at the hotel reception in exchange for a receipt that will be required for their return.
Article 5: Management of keys and night access badges
The key of the room is an electronic key that the customer can keep on him. However, it must not be entrusted to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure.
In case of no return, the hotel will charge € 5 and will charge the amount to the guest's credit card.
Article 6: Nuisance and respect for the rest of the other guests
The noise, even diurnal, is forbidden. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will promptly left the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, any noise must stop between 22H00 and 7H00. For the respect and rest of the other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or to make too much noise especially between 22H00 and 8H00. Any noise of neighborhood related to the behavior of a person under the responsibility of the customer, may cause the hotelier to invite the latter to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquility of the clientele (articles R.1334-30 and R1334-31 of the Public Health Code).
A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly forbidden.
Article 7: Responsibilities
Children are under the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any damage or nuisance caused voluntarily or involuntarily must be paid by the person who booked the room.
Article 13: Prohibitions
For security reasons and for the respect of everyone, smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the hotel. In accordance with the decree n ° 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions of application of the prohibition of smoking in the places assigned to a collective use, to smoke in the hotel exposes you to an additional invoicing of 90 € or to prosecution.
Any nuisance tripping of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 150 € for the costs of putting back into service the fire safety system.
Also, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals or to bring drinks not provided by the hotel, as well as to do laundry.
Article 17: Establishment under video surveillance in common areas
For the security of property and people, the institution is under video surveillance recording.
Only the cases provided by law, authorizes the provision of images.
Article 18: Acceptance of the rules and general conditions of sale
The internal rules of the hotel apply to all bookings. Any stay entails the acceptance of the special conditions and rules of the hotel. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTEL WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CLIENT TO EXIT THE ESTABLISHMENT ON THE FIELD WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY
